You review the completed website before launch. Once the final checks are complete, the website is published and the agreed access details are provided. Ongoing maintenance and digital support are available separately if required.
The agreed scope, responsibilities and costs are confirmed before work begins. When the project is complete and the applicable account is paid, you receive the website access and ownership rights described in your quotation and service agreement.

New website projects include the post-launch support specified in the quotation for genuine defects in the delivered work. Ongoing content changes, maintenance, security monitoring and further improvements can be arranged through a Website Maintenance plan or quoted separately.
The applicable ownership and access arrangements are confirmed in your quotation and service agreement. After the agreed project account is paid, you receive the website access and rights described in those documents. Third-party software, stock media and premium licences remain subject to their providers’ terms.
A new website can include essential search foundations such as logical page structure, editable metadata and search-engine access checks. An active SEO campaign, ongoing content development and ranking work are separate services unless they are specifically included in your quotation.
